It was very good experience for me. As the Hr was way to supportive and he was a good listener. Althought I didnt get the opportunity but atleast I got my hands on how interviews are really conducted in big Organizations.

It contains 4 rounds to succeed and land a job offer. Round 1 is a telephonic round with HR. Round 2 is again a telephonic interview with a Sr. HR. Round 3 contains two assessments. namely Versant Test and Online Assessment (contains Lrdi, technical/Microsoft software's usage, and written assessment). On clearing it all you finally are eligible for a video-call/in-person interview round. Moving further with documentation and negotiation rounds. The process is quite time-taking but it also depends upon the urgency of the project being hired therein.
