Written test, tour, 3 stage process of interviews with 3 tiers of management. First interview had 2 people, 2nd part was the first stage's boss, and the last was the top boss of the 2nd interviewer. Asked some silly questions about their own company's smtp server address. Why would you need to know that before you started working there?

Behavioral interview and questions regarding technical knowledge. First contacted by a recruiter, and after the screening call an interview was scheduled with hiring manager and another technical person. Everything was ok.
