Very efficient and speedy, compared to other companies. Total time between online application and offer was less than two weeks. There was typically only a lag of a few days between interview steps. Usual steps of HR recruiter call, online assessment, hiring manager call, on-site multi-session face-to-face.

Entrevista
Five interviews with a different interviewer each time (recruiter, hiring manager, peer, two others one level above me). All the interviews were scheduled within a two week timeframe and I heard back a few days after the process completed.
I'm sure you already know how to do it. Google up product management, read up and perhaps listen to blogs. They ask past behavior questions in the workplace and how you handled. Many offshore teams so ask that in the interview so you will know your hours.
