Received an invitation for an online aptitude assessment test only two days after submitting my job application. The online aptitude assessment was extremely simple. However you are only given 15-20 minutes to complete 40-50 questions depending on the assessment. It was challenging to finish the questions on time but they also make sure to tell you that you are not expected to finish all the questions but try your best. Less than 48 hours after submitting my online assessment, I received an email to schedule a 15-30 minutes phone interview. The phone interview went great. The HR recruiter I spoke with was very friendly and courteous. The questions asked were mostly about my past work experiences. After the initial phone interview I was asked to take another online aptitude assessment but this time it will be proctored to make sure I was the one that did the initial assessment and that I did not use electronic equipment (calculator) during the assessment. It was simple and similar to the first assessment. After being satisfied with my assessment results, HR contacted me and this time I was scheduled for a phone interview with the hiring manager. The hiring manager took the time to explain to me the role/tasks of the position in details to make sure I am confident in my abilities to deliver in this role. Interview went great, very friendly atmosphere. After this phone interview I was scheduled to do a video interview with two project managers. This time questions were mostly behavioral "tell us a time you had to disagree with your manager, why and how it went and how did you get your point across". Again very friendly interview atmosphere and courteous interviewers. Advise : Make sure to know as much as you can about the company. When doing the online assessment be confident with you answers and move on. Time is limited. Do not use a calculator as your second assessment will be proctored.
