Achievers goes through three stages: group interview, skills-based one on one interview, and a top-grading interview. For the top-grading interview, go through each year of your life from highschool onwards and write down the highs and lows and who has had an influence on you. This interview can be very difficult if you're not prepared! So write things down and know your stuff.
