An internal recruiter reach out to me on LinkedIn. I did 3 virtual interviews; recruiter, team leads, and then VP. I was invited to interview in person with the whole team and to perform a live SQL test.

Entrevista
The interview was very pleasant and very professional. It is seen that the managers have a lot of experience in the area and are very qualified for their positions. The questions were more circumstantial, such as "what is your experience?", "if you had to do or improve such a thing, what would you do?", "what would you apply in this situation?" It's more to know how you think and how you respond. Even if I don't have the position, it is a company where I would like to work in the future.

Very basic. More of them talking and showing you what the job is. Should been a red flag from the beginning. Recruiter, hiring manager and then senior leadership but all basic interviews
