I applied for the job at the store on their online/in-store application machine after the confusing forty minute questions I was done and said that I would hear back from them in 3-5 days weather or not I got the job. On the fifth day I got a phone call and was accepted for an interview the next day. At the interview it lasted about 10-15 minutes where I was drug tested and asked of my back ground. I got the job and found out that in a week I had to go through six hours training before working. At the six hours they showed me the ins and outs of the job. ( I was paid for the six hours) then two days later I got my schedule.

I applied for a bagger position, but when I got there the manger said I was hired for a cashier position. The interview was quick, about 15 minutes. I was asked about my previous jobs and my available hours. Now I just have to wait for a background check.

Wasn't really an interview. i walked in said hi to the manger told her who i was and she said i got the job. doesn't seem like a smart way of hiring someone. She seemed not interested to talk to me just needed someone else to join the "team."

I filled out an application online, but then went into the store on my own to meet the store director. After telling him that I applied and was interested in becoming an associate, he basically gave me the job right there. I had to take a quick oral drug exam, and once that was cleared he gave myself and another new hire a two hour initiation on rules/safety/etc. Not difficult at all.
