Was told I would be doing a specific job, when started I was not doing that job. I was promised raises, never got one. Also I was told I could get tuition reimbursement, was given the run around about that.

Very easy. Supervisor was easy to talk to. They guide you through the whole process. There is no brick and mortar office do everything is done by phone, email, or text.

Phone interview and it was pleasant. Manager just wanted to know experience, willingness, to ensure I wanted to work i merchandising and that there were no conflicts of interest.
