I applied through Linkedin. The cofounder (CTO) pinged in WhatsApp, and scheduled a 30 min discussion. The discussion was more of understanding what projects and technologies I had worked on. And a few technical questions. The CTO was on phone call for most of the discussion, and another guy was asking questions. The interview wasn't up to the mark, and I wasn't expecting a positive feedback the way I had approached questions, and this was my first interview after 8 long years.
-- What I didn't like was even after more than a month I've nt received a feedback despite me asking for it to the CTO in the same whatsapp where he interacted me. He sees and doesn't respond. I know he must be busy being a CTO, but he must respect the time and effort a candidate has put in aswell. I believe Its always better to close the loop than to keep someone waiting.
