I was an intern at the government agency in an office with ActioNet support contractors. A position opened up and I indicated that I was interested in filling it. Working with this government agency is great. The interview process was really short. The government agency reccommended that ActioNet take me on as a contract hire. I filled out some standard forms and a day later recieved an offer.
