Reached out directly to one of the recruiters on linked in. I got a call from him and we did a brief screening. Nothing earth shattering "why do you want to leave your current job? "what got you interested in Active?"
went to a cognitive thinking test, which was tough and you don't get your results. You either get to the next step or you don't.
Did skype interviews with 2 guys, sales manager and VP of sales. Both were skype because it was during the HQ transition.
after the 3rd interview, got the offer before I left.

nothing unexpected, however start dates don't happen randomly, they will start when a new training kicks off. Also, negotiation isn't really part of the game when getting into a sales role.
used to make people take a 3 hour test meant for engineers so I decided not to take it because why waste my time for no reason. Later got a call asking why I bailed on the test.

Was recruited from LinkedIN and did a phone interview. They sent me an aptitude test which I passed and came in for an interview with my now director. Had a job offer the following day which I immediately accepted.

Standard recruiter screening that led to a behavioral/aptitude test. Came into the office to interview with a Sales Manager, nothing very challenging. Received an offer about 3 weeks later but it was for the Market Development Representative position, not the Account Executive position that I applied for. Accepted because I didn't have much of a choice at the time.
