Entrevista
One short and simple phone interview, one written test, then a series of in person interview at their office. The first was surprisingly easy and short. The written test was somewhat strange, but representative (supposedly) of the way they do their work. Their in-office interview was somewhat poorly conducted. I met 8 people in total, and they interviewed in pairs. Most of the interviewers either very clearly just glanced at my resume 5 minutes before the interview, had no experience doing interviews ever, or both. They were also all around my age (22 at the time), which was a little disconcerting.

Please describe your last internship and what skills it helped you build
Phone Screen Interview
The first round was a phone screening conducted by a recruiter. This conversation focused on my background, relevant experience, and understanding of the role. In-Person Interview
The second round was an in-person interview with the hiring manager and potentially a team member. This round went deeper into my technical expertise and practical experience. I was asked to walk through specific projects, explain my decision-making process, and demonstrate how I approach real-world challenges.

Walk through specific projects from the past experience.
They have 4 rounds of interview, one is more like a written test ,where you get asked some statsiticals or basic math questions. there are 3 rounds face to face interview, mainly behavioral questions
Informational phone call first. If you pass, then you receive an assignment. If you pass, then you are invited to 3 hours of back-to-back interviews for "on-site." About 1-2 weeks between each round. On-site also had a logic test.
