Introductory call with HR - OK. But for some reason, he asked me to provide him with a couple of contacts from my previous employers, even though he could have collected feedback himself. After all, that's his job. Technical interview - I had a good chat with their engineer, although he was quite stifling at times. Interview with managers - just awful, I've never met such jerks before. It seems they decided to show themselves in the worst possible light from the very beginning. They behaved like complete jerks. I was left with a heavy impression and an unpleasant feeling from communicating with these people.

My application was considered over the course of several weeks. I had an interview with the Head of Recruitment and then a technical interview with one of the potential teammates. No one got back to me after these two(!) 1-hour interviews. I messaged both interviewers asking for any kind of feedback, but no one ever replied — even after I followed up. Ironically, the position was in recruitment, and this is how they treat candidates who spent over two hours in their process. It's just disrespectful and unprofessional. No matter how overwhelmed the team may be, this is simply inappropriate.
