Basically, if you get an interview you've got the job. They'll hire anybody. They call to see if they like the sound of your voice, ask you to come in for an interview, and then sit you down and ask you if you have any experience, and wether the answer is yes or no they then ask you if you want the job. They don't ask for your I.D., your S.S. Card or any other identification. No drug screening, and when I asked the manager why I don't have to take a drug test he answered "if I drug tested my employees I'd have two." That is verbatim.
