Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Advertising Research Foundation.
Entrevista
Interview process was fairly quick; chatted with Head of HR, Marketing Director, Digital Manager, and Lead Graphic Designer. Got offered the role before the end of the week. I'd describe the process as easygoing and thorough.

Entrevista
I spent almost a month interviewing for this position, and the initial experience was very positive. I had 2 interviews with various staff members which went very well, then was asked for my references. After they talked to my references, I was enthusiastically offered the job via email. Prior to accepting, I made a reasonable counter-offer for salary and asked for elaboration on the benefits, but made it clear that I was flexible on salary and very excited about the position. I received radio silence for several days, then I finally got an email telling me they decided that they could not have a 100% remote employee for this role, and they rescinded my offer. The email was strange in that it was very unapologetic and was also weirdly acting like I had not been offered the job in the first place. I sent an email back asking for further clarification, as the whole thing felt extremely unkind, unprofessional, and made it clear that they are very disorganized and don't have it together. They completely ignored it. They had every opportunity to decide they didn't want a fully remote worker prior to offering me the job. In my first interview, they said being fully remote would not disqualify me. They didn't even give me the option to say I could travel to be at the office sometimes. All in all, I see this as a serious warning sign that this is not a healthy work environment, and they clearly have internal communication issues. My time was completely wasted, and having a job offer rescinded in such a bs way is totally devastating. Guess I dodged a bullet!
