I had my first phone interview on a friday afternoon with their technical recruiter. It was a quick 15 - 20 minutes interview. The recruiter set me up for a technical interview the following interview. The technical screen went ok. 2 weeks later they called me for a third intervew. The interview went bad for me, I was not able to answer all his questions. Two days later they emailed me and told me that that would like to pass on me for this position.
