I was offered a phone interview with the HR before offered a face to face interview with the head of department and director of department. Salary and title were discussed beforehand.

HR take you to the boardroom to impress you. Very professional but you didn’t get to see the working teams, all separated, it felt quite corporate and cold in a sense. Interview was done alright - regular questions and you met with the hiring manager after HR briefed you.
