Long and impersonal interview process. My experience was similar to the other poster's. 4 Codility tasks. IMO, too exhausting to complete in one set, even though you are given up to 6 hours. Then a practical programming task to commit to GitHub - command line tool to accept arguments and do some image processing algorithms inside. Two time slots, 4 hours each. The second time slot is to improve an algorithm implemented in the first part. The practical programming task was an interesting challenge, but again, IMO too high expectations for something that needs to be complete in 8 hours. The company didn't send the payment that was promised for doing the practical programming task.
