      Meet with recruiter, call with hiring manager, take home assignment, panel interview broken up into (4) individual interviews across 2 days, final call with VP, offer received. My recruiter was so helpful throughout the whole process and set me up for success. He was also both present and transparent throughout each round and great set expectations on timing. The whole process took around 3 weeks which i thought was really fast, especially around the holidays

      1. Can you walk me through a full funnel co-marketing campaign from idea through execution that was aimed at affiliate growth 2. Have you been working cross-category? 3. How have you managed campaigns while staying aligned with broader campaign goals but also specific growth goals? 4. How would you stay aligned between AFFIRM goals and the merchant’s goals? 5. How do you stay aligned between internal stakeholders under tight timelines and conflicting priorities and how do you ensure campaign success? 6. How do you determine which campaign partners take priority when resources are limited? 7. How do you analyze campaign performance and which metrics and tools do you use to optimize future campaign efforts? 8. Can you share an example of a cross-functional initiative where you had to bring together viewpoints of different expertise? 9. How do you drive alignment towards a shared goal with different departments? 10. Tell me about a time when you had to present a strategy to senior stakeholders outside of your domain. 11. When was the last time you gave a stakeholder or team member difficult feedback? How did you approach the feedback and what was the outcome? 12.
