O processo levou 1 dia. Fui entrevistado pela Aflac em out. de 2011
Entrevista
I responded to a Careerbuilder ad and was called the next day by a manager. I agreed to come in for an interview 2 days later, told to dress professionally. Interviewer was 24 years old and said he had been a with Aflac for 4 years, starting at age 19. He was a good interviewer and did a good thorough job. I realized that this was a sales interview when he attempted to "close" me on the $285 initial investment, saying it could be paid in 2 installments. I indicated that I was willing to try it (at least I could get a license), and he took me out to the receptionist, telling her that I would be calling her as soon as "he gets his money together".
I was pumped initially, but have second thoughts now that I've read some posts on this site.

How important is it for a brand new agent to know how to close a sale?
Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 2 semanas. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Aflac.
Entrevista
A bit like super day for me. I interviewed multiple managers in one afternoon. All of them were friendly and did not press me too hard. 30-40 percentage of time was them introducing the company culture, hiring role responsibilities, and expectations for the role.
I was not informed that the position was compensated only in commission. I left when I realized that there was no pay for this contractor position. It was highly unprofessional and a huge waste of my time.

Nonsense like, do I have a "book of business" so I can bring my own clients to this unpaid position.
Had one interview with the RSM and got offered the job immediately following the interview. Seemed more like a meet and greet than an actual interview. This was very easy and not difficult at all.
