it was a positive and helpful experience to provide my understanding of the need for support of workers who have been injured on the job but who have more to contribute if they can be removed from only having to concern themselves with the recovery process and how to pay for it.

It was a very odd process. They conduct their interviews in groups which I’ve never seen before. Honestly they seem desperate to me which I did not like. It is also all commissioned based with no salary. Very awkward to ask questions since it’s done in a group.
Met with district regional manager, in person interview, business professional attire. typical interview questions (i.e. strengths, weaknesses, how do you communicate with people, etc). Overall, not difficult and this was for an internship.
