I was contact over the phone and asked some general questions and then an interview was set up for a few days later with the Dist Sales Mgr. The interview lasted over 2 hours and after the usual "question & answer" portion of the interview I was gioven the opportunity to ask any questions I might have about working for Alfac. The Dist Sales Mgr was very upfront and seemed to answer all my questions truthfullly
without hesitation.
Painted a good picture but haven't seen the full image as yet. Had a couple interviews on line that seemed to show a good work environment and possible income potential . However did emphasize building a team.
Group interview and then one on one over the phone. Fair and honest questions by kind people, can’t complain at all. I think it’s safe to call it my best experience
Thorough and well prepared. Asked great questions. Knew what they were doing. Met with two people. Would recommend this company. Ended up getting the role. Nothing weird about the interview.
