Entrevista
When I went in for my interview, I met an HR associate. She took me out on the call center floor to listen to live calls with a tenured associate who took entirely different calls than what I was to be hired in for. I sat with her for about 20 minutes, then I went to listen to recorded calls. The interview did not give the correct expectations for the job at all. The interview was easy, however, it did not give an accurate depiction of the job.

easy and straight to the point. trainers were supportive through training. Called tow drivers for stranded people. The work was too repetive for me and nothing was ever solved for the people, needs some better structure.

what makes you a good fit? tell us about your prevois work experiences?
it was very easy and it lasted 30 minutes. it was like talking to one of your friends. it was straight to the point and not dragged out. only one interview was neccessary to move to the next step.
The interview was very detailed and specific and the interviewer was very clear, direct, and helpful. She answered all my questions and explained the next steps to come in the process.
