You start by doing an Java IKM Test, next is an HR Interview and finally a Technical Interview. In person interviews have 20-30 people scheduled one after another so you can also discuss with them what is happening.

I initially got a call from the recruiter, to set up an online quiz. The latter had a series of multiple choice questions, along with three coding problems, on Java and SQL. After that, I passed a technical interview with the java lead of the company and finally, had an interview with the HR department. Overall a great experience.
