They called me and said that I have to go through an online test with a 2-day deadline. 2 days from the moment I receive the mail with the info, that is. So they asked when would I prefer for them to send it (which is nice of them). They eventually sent 2 online tests (1 for HTML-CSS-Javascript and 1 for C#) with a 6-day deadline. The tests are made to get increasingly difficult as you answer correctly, so it's impossible to get them all right. I did not do well on these since I had a pretty basic level at the time. They did not so much test your intelligence as they mainly test your knowledge and logic (to a lesser amount). Some days later they sent an e-mail informing me that I am not experienced enough yet and I should try again in the future. Based on the info available here on Glassdoor, I think they just only take people who are already pretty experienced. They don't want to train promising newbies, they want those same promising newbies when they are not newbies any more. That's my understanding. I could be wrong. Now, if after the online tests there is a phone interview, too (I never got to that), before they even schedule a meeting (and then maybe more meeting after that)... then that is a really long and painful process that could take weeks and a bunch of your time (with no guaranties) and I doubt it is worth all that trouble.

I had applied for 2 jobs. When they called me on the phone they asked me to pick one of them so they would know that tests they would send my way (apparently they have multiple)
