Candidatei-me de outra forma. O processo levou mais de 1 semana. Fui entrevistado pela AgileAssets (Austin, TX) em set. de 2013
Entrevista
First I had a phone HR interview, the caller seemed to have a set 5-6 questions written that she went over one by one: what you know about agileassets, why you wanna work here, where you see yourself 5 years from now etc. She schedule me for a technical interview.
The person told me he had no background in iOS (that was the position I was suppose to be interviewed for) so he doesn't really know what to ask. I offered that I have some java background but I don't claim expertise on it so he started asking me Java questions. I answered some correctly and some I couldn't as been out of touch with java since a while. In the end he asked me a puzzle question. Overall I felt he was more interesting in showing answers to his questions rather then getting to know me and find my area of expertise.
It seems people working at AgileAssets are very dry, didn't seem that happy. Take long time to reply.

You are given 9 balls and they look exactly the same in color and physical appearance. You are also given a scale. To make things easy you are given that one of the balls amongst these 9 balls is heavy. How can you find out which ball is heavy with least number of weighings?
