      Candidatei-me por indicação de um funcionário. Fui entrevistado pela Agoda (Banguecoque) em abr. de 2017

      Entrevista

      I had two interviews with Agoda during the 6-week process. Both interviewers were late for the scheduled Skype call. The first interview had many technical difficulties with the network connection and was also interrupted because the interviewer had to attend other business so he asked to call me back later that day which I agreed on even though it was terribly difficult for me logistically. When he had finally called me back (15 minutes late again) he called from his cell phone on his way to catch a cab and had to hang up again when his cab driver called him. The second Interview, about a week later, was more intense. The Interviewer was impatient, kept looking at his computer screen during the interview and seemed generally unfocused. He kept interrupting me and canceled almost everything I said. They were both very professional in their line of work but the overall experience was a bit arrogant. It took another 3 weeks to get the automatic response mail from Agoda that they said; "At this time, we have decided to concentrate our attention on other candidates who we believe best meet the current needs for the role. Please be assured that your application was given full consideration. "
