I had 1 phone interview with the recruiter and 3 zoom interviews with members of the team I would have worked with as well as 2 assessments for knowledge and personality. Following this my references were checked and it was implied that they would be making a final decision very soon. After that I had to contact the company 4 times to get updates on my status. I was finally sent a standard email telling me they’d chosen someone else a month after my final interview. I’ve never experienced such a lack of communication during a hiring process from any other company.
