Entrevista
Had 10 rounds of interviews with different functions. On one occasion I waited for the interview venue and time to be confirmed, then I had 30 minutes to get there. I enjoyed interviewing with everyone but the process was hectic.
I went through 3 interviews and 1 written test. Initially, I was told that I would meet with the hiring manager's manager, but this was suddenly cancelled, and a few weeks later, the internal recruiter informed me that they had hired another candidate. This was quite disappointing, given the hours of preparation that I had put in, but it is a tough market for candidates right now.
The interview was a relaxed and positive conversation, creating the impression it went well. However, it ultimately led to a rejection without any feedback or explanation, leaving the outcome unclear.
