Interview process is slow, applied online and it took weeks for them to contact me and I was already an employed by the company. Manager interviewed me, then HR is supposed to send an offer letter and more paperwork for background checks, drug testing, credit check, and legal paper after legal paper. Be prepared to wait for the offer letter from HR.

Long, but good process. Everyone was receptive and wanted to know what I wanted to do now and down the road. It was very easy communication wise including email & phone calls and they were all receptive and flexible with schedules.
very detail oriented and thorough asked STAR interview questions and pushed to get complete and thorough answers to all questions asked. it was a panel of two interviewers to one interviewee

Simple...I was an internal candidate. It was more of a formality than anything else. Most of the positions that are posted are already filled before they start holding interviews. I have applied to other positions where this is the case.
