Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 2 meses. Fui entrevistado pela Airtable (San Francisco, CA) em fev. de 2022
Entrevista
I decided I wanted to join Airtable when I got to experience Airtable's smooth interview process as a candidate, a process I knew I could soon be facilitating if/when I got hired. I applied for the role though LinkedIn one day after it opened and I was invited for a phone screen with a peer one week later. Shortly after, I was invited to speak with the hiring manager, who invited me to a virtual onsite (three more interviews) two weeks out at the end of the interview. Receiving a Grubhub gift card for lunch during the onsite was a nice touch. After the onsite, I was invited to a final conversation with the department head one week later. The reference checks took another week, and I verbally accepted my offer one week after that. The interview questions were mostly behavioral and sometimes redundant, but I suppose the interviewers had to be through because culture is everything at Airtable. I also had to be prepared to speak to my experience and future goals, as Airtable supports internal growth.

Describe a time you had to collaborate with someone you didn't get agree with and how you went about it
I interviewed with a recruiter and then got passed on to do the technical scheduling task. After completing the task, I didn't hear back from the company. Three weeks later, I finally received a generic email rejection saying that they proceeded to move forward with a stronger candidate. Very average interview, but I wish the company was more involved with keeping candidates informed.

The application requires you to go above and beyond to answer questions that assess various things. A recruiter reached out to me to schedule a phone screen. The phone screen went well and a zoom interview was scheduled.
