I found the interview process to be very thorough. I spent a total of 7-8 hours interviewing over the course of 5 different days (partly due to my schedule conflicts). I was pleased with the number of opportunities I got to speak with different functions and levels in the company. It gave me some good insight on what I'm getting into and details of the job. Some of the questions were technical while others were more understanding my style of management and communication. In the end, I thought I would make a good match with the group so I'm glad I got an offer.
