I had a great experience applying for this position. About two to three weeks after applying online, I talked to the hiring manager and the depart manager. We reviewed my resume, I gave some background to my projects and listed experience and just had a good conversation about other interests we had in common. I was soon invited for an onsite interview a week later where I met with three people I would be potentially working with.

Very good, everyone was kind and genuinely interested in getting to know me and in responding my questions. The interview process was very smooth. The interviewers were very positive and tried to answer all of my questions to give me a good overview of the company. the questions were role-specific and also there was a lot of questions about me and my interests.
