Entrevista
Its a well organised process and is done in phases. Its very skillful and tests how fitting you are for the role. I was impressed. It can also be intimidating at times as you may be good at one but not other things but the company wants to hire all rounded individuals. It would be good to have some simplicity to the process which allows candidates to put their best foot forward without getting intimidated.
