I was told via a bulk email that they wanted to move forward in the application process. I know it was a bulk email because I was a bcc rather than the regular email recipient. In the email, I was asked to complete a personality test and aptitude test. The personality test was 2 questions and the aptitude test was a timed general knowledge/pattern recognition test. After completing them, I was informed via a cold email that based on the results of the tests that I was no longer being considered. I requested more information as to what about the tests made me not the right candidate and I never received a response.
