You had to submit a video interview first. It wasn’t all video though. If you got through they invite you to a face to face interview in Seattle. Interview is not hard to ace if 1. Your authentic, friendly, engaging, look the part 2. Research the company, know the important stuff they may ask. C. Know the star method and prep for any and all questions they may ask. If you get to the 3rd f2f, I think you pretty much got it!

Entrevista
Two virtual interviews that included an AI interview, a personality questionnaire and a “test” of your ability to use resources provided to answer flight-related questions. After that you’re invited to an in-person interview.
The interview process is lengthy and in depth. They really dive deep. Overall, it was a great experience and ensured that they find the right fit. I did end up accepting and am awaiting training.
