I had the first interview with HR a few days after applying for the position. They were satisfied with my experience and confirmed they were going to share my CV with the hiring manager. I followed up with an email after one week and I was told people were on holiday. I followed up again ten days later and I was advised that they had changed their minds and that they had decided to hire in the USA instead of the UK. Later on, I indirectly found out that they had hired a person in the UK. No comment...
