It was an on campus interview for a coop position, consisted with 2 1:1 back to back interviews and followed by a phone interview around 10 days later. It mainly consisted about the resume and the projects done with some general HR questions.

There were 3 rounds as far as I remember the last round was with the manager. There expectations were high compared to the salary that was being offered, other industries offer more salaries with the same skillset. However, Noboday workds more than 8 hr at Alcon. If that is a deal breaker fro anyone, Go Ahead.

Very long with multiple interviewers. They did not offer water even though it was a 4 hour interview. I was told I would get an offer and they were waiting on one person who was out of town to sign off but the offer never came.

Technical interview and an HR interview. The technical interview consisted of several fundamental circuit theory questions worked out on paper, then a general discussion of the job and how my skills and experience would relate.
