The interview process consisted of three pleasant conversations with the HR representative, my direct manager, and the Director of Accounting. It was exceptionally well-organized and respectful, with the main aim being to assess the compatibility between the candidate and the company. In essence, it proved to be an enjoyable job interview experience that emphasized transparent communication, courtesy, professionalism, and openness. This experience left me with a positive impression of the company and played a significant role in my quick decision to accept the job offer.
