Initial call was very conversational, discussing my background and AllCloud as a whole. Was very impressed with Frank, the recruiter. He asked meaningful questions to make sure this was the right position for me. The interviews were very conversational, some technical questions, but I got the feeling they tried to understand my personality, work habits, how I deal with adversity, etc. as much as gauging my technical skills. My first interview had great constructive feedback on what I should bring to the table for the next round interviews. My second interview was a bit more technical around my background and capabilities and we dove into some real examples of my previous experience. The third and final interview was more around personality and culture fit, and most questions were answered before being asked through conversation.
