      Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). O processo levou 3 meses. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Alliance Infosystems.

      Entrevista

      2 weeks after submitting my application the interview process began with an initial 15-20 minute screen via a teams video call. About a week later I was invited via email to take an assessment test; upon completing the assessment I received an email to schedule the final interview. Looking back I thought the interview went well. Interviewer was relaxed and offered a lot of insight into what working for the company would be like and the various opportunities to be made available. I was also told I could expect to hear back with a timeline on the final stages of filling the position. My overall experience was good except after my final interview I was ghosted; no communication at all. I decided to send a follow up email about 2 weeks after my final interview and did hear back however after that my requests for updates went unanswered. After 4 weeks figured I was passed over so I sent a closing email asking for feedback that may help me as I continue my job search; it’s been months and still no response so from there I felt completely defeated and worthless to them. My only wish would be that they communicated better as the process dragged on and sent even just a simple rejection email for my peace of mind. An email letting me know I was not selected would have given me closer to move on sooner then I did rather than hang on to the possibility of an offer that will never come. PS I found out they had filled the position after seeing a post welcoming a new hire on their LinkedIn page.

      First, I want to apologize for the delay in us responding to this. I am seeing this now for the first time and while ignorance is no excuse, I am sorry that we did not respond sooner. Second, I want to apologize further for the experience you felt with us through this process. When we work with a recruiter who brings us a candidate, we work with the recruiter directly rather than with the candidate directly. We're usually very quick to respond to recruiters about candidates they bring and provide sufficient feedback, because even if they aren't the right candidate for us - if there are things they could improve for future interviews, we want to help in any way we can there. Regardless, we have always defaulted to the recruiter to communicate with the candidate about this feedback and whether we want to continue with the process or not. I am sorry that you did not receive those answers either way, because the experience you had was not right and not how we would want anyone to feel about the process. I appreciate you taking the time to provide us this feedback and I will be sure that this is reviewed with our team and partners/recruiters. Thank you, Sara
