They invited me to an interview, they were an hour late and at the end they told me they weren't gonna hire me anyways so it was pointless to do it and ended the interview. Zero respect for the candidate and the prep time.

- Screening call with recruiter to align on salary demands and assess initial suitability for the role
- 1st round - competency based question interview with senior analyst and team lead
- 2nd round - this was supposed to be with someone from a different team and more senior in the organization but I wasn't invited despite honestly thinking I did great on the first round. The HR lady refused to provide feedback on the reasons other than they went with another candidate.

Good and smooth process, which got only 2 stages..first interview was with HR and if the role fit with talent you will be informed for second stage of interview with hiring manager

Processo diviso in 4 step (di cui 2 in presenza): il primo colloquio introduttivo con HR (a seguito di una breve presentazione telefonica), i due successivi incontri tecnici in presenza e l'ultimo step con HR della specifica divisione.
