Overall 3 steps for the recruiting process.
1. Skype interview with HR in Romania.
2. Skype interview with HR in Munich or Paris.
In between an online test is requested including personality and logic tests.
3. Assessment center in Paris.
There are 12 people in AC and 5 of them can get the position.
The assessment center includes group presentation, group discussion, personal interview and case study.
The atmosphere is really friendly and respectful.
Candidates are all really nice and positive.
However, due to technical problem, the case study paper can only be shared between 2 people which make it difficult for me to read and understand everything in a limited time.
