Recruiter screen, prep call, followed by an interview with the head of talent. The manager dominated the conversation, hardly allowing me to speak, and emphasized success based on partners' and candidates' opinions. Her demeanor was egotistical and lacked self-awareness, lots of red flags.

Entrevista
Met with Chief People Officer for 45-minute-long interview (that actually took an hour), Interview started with her wanting me to ask questions first before telling me anything about the role or company, which was fine because I was prepared. After 30+ minutes I checked with her if she had any questions for me, None of the questions were relevant to the job, my abilities, or really anything in general. Just seemed like she wasn't prepared.
What really irked me was she said if I had any follow up questions to email her and we could potentially hop on another call if needed. When I emailed her, she didn't bother to respond. I was also told she'd get back to me by a certain day on next steps after speaking with leadership (I'm aware that usually means bad news), but that also didn't happen.
How hard is it to say "we're going in a different direction?" Shows a total lack of respect for candidates and their time to just ghost us.

Entrevista
The interviewers were very personable and made me feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend coming prepared with answers to standard interview questions. It would also be good to come prepared with questions of your own.
