Entrevista
Started with online submission, phone interview with recruiter, first on-site interview with two team members, then would've been a second on-site interview. The time between the recruiter call and hearing back about the second interview was pretty long...over a month. I thought they'd forgotten about me or I hadn't gotten it.
The team I met with on-site was great. Very sharp and friendly. Self-aware. Called back for second interview but had to decline due to another offer.

Standard STAR questions...tough teams, times I had to influence something, et al.
Interviewed two rounds with 4 different people. Some from other teams to see where I would be the best fit based on my skillset. They were all kind and friendly, not intimidating.

Entrevista
Basic phone interview. The follow up process is a nightmare. After 2 weeks I called for a followup with no answer. No replies to emails. Very unprofessional. I ended up withdrawing my application.
