Entrevista
First I had a phone interview with HR. Then a 2 person interview and lastly I had a 3 person group interview. They played good cop bad cop on the last one. Found out after the fact they were looking to make you flustered as everyone they hired went through a similar interview. Did get to fly around the country for free.
Ally has gone through alot since it switched from GMAC. The pay structure changes every year and it seems like they keep "reinventing themselves".
Good benefits but not the same company it was before the govt buyout.

Entrevista
Initial screening with recruiter, then had 2 zoom interviews with the direct manager and his boss. Consistent communication in-between interviews, they had some automated emails that went out that were actually helpful. Entire process took about 2 months but everyone was very pleasant. Talked about previous experience and more of a get to know you to see how you fit for the role instead of the standard STAR questions which was nice.

The process was Simple, direct, and professional And At the same time friendly and welcoming. Excellent overall experience and easy to access the portal and several other opportunities. Looking very much forward to the next step.

Entrevista
Phone interview. Very informative and i appreciated having a call back in such a short amount of time. Interviewer told me a lot about Ally without trying to sell me on it. Overall a positive experience. Very friendly and professional. I am interested in taking the next steps because i felt the position reflected what i am seeking.
