Interview with HR Rep, followed by interview with hiring manager and follow-up rounds with 1) another member of the hiring team and 2) high-level managers of the economic research team. The interview with HR mainly consisted of a description of the hiring process along with benefits for the company -- clear but there were not really any questions for me, and I wasn't asked if I wanted to ask questions about the company. The interview with the hiring manager focused on questions about economic outlook for the next quarter/year and a few brief technical questions. Next interview was more technical and focused heavily on time series. It felt like a technical quiz but very little feedback was given during the interview.
I was ghosted after my last interview (received a few automated emails saying the company was still considering applicants) and received a rejection email over a year after applying.

Entrevista
This process was originally just two rounds but turned into three. All interviews were technical questions about quantitative modeling and forecasting methods, which is understandable for the role but there was little information given about the interview structure or content before the interviews. It really felt like they just wanted to know technical capabilities and knowledge and did not learn about me holistically as a candidate. All 3 interviews were conducted within a month but then I did not hear a decision for a month after. There were even two weeks where I followed up multiple times and did not get a response.
