When I followed up after a week, the recruiter responded rudely, stating they had chosen another candidate. I requested feedback, but the recruiter’s tone remained unprofessional. While I understand that hiring decisions can be competitive, I believe it's essential to treat candidates with respect and provide constructive feedback. This experience highlighted the company’s lack of courtesy and professionalism, which aligns with their low rating of 2.7. It raises concerns about their company culture and hiring practices. Based on this interaction, I would not recommend this company to potential candidates seeking a respectful and supportive work environment.
