4 stage process. Slightly disjointed, with alot of different touch points (Ie. one HR rep who did the initial chat, another HR rep who organises the interviews, and then all the individuals you meet during the interview process) - this could be much more efficient. Overall the people I met were nice enough, but I don't think there is particular interest or regard for experience you can bring - as long as they have a body in the position, it doesn't matter.
