The interview process was a negative experience. It consisted of just one call with two interviewers, but the approach felt invasive and not focused on evaluating fit for the role. Most of the questions were irrelevant to the position, and it seemed like they were mainly trying to gather information rather than assess my skills. They asked for names of my past managers without a clear reason. I was also asked to create a presentation, but I wasn’t given the chance to actually present it—they skipped straight to asking extremely difficult and detailed questions about the industry, despite my limited prior exposure. The interview ended with an unexpected mock interview, which felt excessive given the single-call format. Overall, it did not feel like a fair or respectful process.
